Managed to quickly take this picture before all the children went up front.
No time to focus.

Good thing John is tall.

After the service, we were all invited to Peter & Immy's for a delicious lunch.

August 10-27, 2011 Sandbanks Camping (10th-18th)

Our camping started off with a few days alone with Ed & Jean.
We were invited for a delicious meal on the day we arrived.

The Chatham family arrived on the 13th.
We were able to spend 4 days alone with them before 2 more families joined us.
Love spending time with one family for a few days.

Braden found a Monarch caterpillar, and was hoping to watch it turn into a butterfly.
The next morning it was gone.  He was very disappointed.

Michael offered Alanna 5 dollars if she ate 2 life ants.  She did.

Can you pay me some money if I eat this caterpillar daddy?
Morning on the beach.

Alanna and Zachary jumping over the waves.  I think you did it Alanna.

The kids love tieing all the floating tubes together.
Season pulling her 3 kids.

Builing a village made with treasures found on the beach.

A visit from Lambert & Alice.
They brought us 2 yummy M&M cakes.  Drop in anytime folks.

All the kids got a paint by number set.  Zach picked the cars one.
We do have the most talented grandchildren.

Salem.  One of my adopted Sandbanks grandchildren.
The Stam family also joined us on the beach for a few days.

Such great memories.

Rachel always willing to give a hug to her grandma.

Danielle loves the water.
Erin spends more time in the water than out.  Never without her life jacket.

Helping Rachel jump over the waves.  She's such a gigglepuss.

Tackle football.  Micah and Zach.

John Judson making a sand castle with his grandchildren?

Danielle trying out the new hammock chair.  Kids used it as a swing.

Always grandchildren visiting us in our motorhome.  Lots of games, puzzles and crafts inside.

And that's why we go camping!!
Michael won this 3 litre bottle of Crown Royal.

Zach definitely would like some watermelon.

Danielle sharing the swing with her Aunt Teresa.

One of many meals we shared together.
