May 13, 2012 Janny's house fire.

My homeless friend Janny H. Waiting for Insurance agents and other crew to show up.  Sunday, May 13th, four days before this picture was taken, part of her home burned down.  
After the business was done, we spent most of the day shopping for new clothes. 
Jenny talked about all the blessings in her life quite a bit. She is 82 years old. Quite the lady. 
We had a great time together.

The board covers a hole where the window blew out during the fire.  

A fireman drove by, saw the smoke, called 911 and broke the door down to see if anyone was inside.
Even though her car was in the driveway, Janny was out with her kids.  A blessing!

Even though the fire remained on one side of the house,
there was fire and smoke damage throughout the whole house.
Janny rented a room at Applefest while her home was repaired.  It took 5 months before she could move back into her own home.  It is now Oct 21st and Janny asked if I could add pictures of her finished house. I will do that.
